Monarch Waystations

Monarch

Every year, the monarch population migrates from Canada to Mexico to winter.  Much of their natural habitat has decreased in North America. Monarch Waystations create natural habitats that allow monarchs to reproduce and sustain their migration. Without milkweeds, monarchs cannot reproduce future generations that will migration each fall. Alos, without nectar from flowers monarch butterflies are unable to make their long journey to Mexico.

Please visit Monarch Watch to find out how to create a Monarch Waystation in your yard and community.
